| Waikoloa Village - Palm House holiday home is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac at the end of the village, directly adjacent to our house Tradewind. Other bordering plots are undeveloped. We made friends with the owners many years ago. Palm House is an older house, built in the traditional Hawaiian style with wide overhanging roof. Palm-House Holiday Home Palm-House Holiday Home It has a living area of about 100 square meters, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One en-suite bedroom can be reached separately by its own entrance. The shady terraces flank the big swimming pool which is heated by solar power and about 3,50m by 8,50m (11ft by 28ft). This pool is the main attraction of the house, and one of its enchanting features is the underwater illumination. The whole area is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. Pool and garden are regularly serviced and maintained by professional workers. The house has been furnished with functionality in mind, some of the furniture is older. All the amenities are new and at your disposal, such as washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, electric cooker with ceran hotplate, telephone and fax machine. A barbecue set is provided in the garden. From the living room, from the terraces and the pool area, you will enjoy a fabulous panoramic view toward the Pacific Ocean. In clear weather, your wide view will extend up to the neighboring islands. This estate is perfectly suited for an untroubled holiday with children. But of course they must know how to swim. Access to the pool is in no way protected from the house. The rental charge and the respective value are unique for Hawaii. Only happy guests so far. With this house, again, we will provide our guests with a contact in town, in case of any questions or problems. | ||||||||

| Das Haus steht unter Renovierung und bis zum Abschluß dieser Arbeiten wird das Haus zum Sonderpreis von 70,00 Euro/Nacht angeboten. Die Renovierungsarbeiten werden die Gäste nicht beeinträchtigen. Kinder sind willkommen, doch muß, bedingt durch den ungesicherten Pool, bei der Anmietung mit Kindern der Nachweis erbracht werden, daß diese auch Schwimmer sind. Im rückwärtigen Bereich des Grundstückes bewohnt der Caretaker und Gärtner des Anwesens ein kleines seperates Haus. Er wird den Gästen bei Problemen oder Fragen gern zur Seite stehen. Bei Mietlücken gewähren wir Rabatte. Nehmen Sie eine entsprechende Buchung vor. Langzeitmiete ab sechs Wochen - Sonderkonditionen - Bitte erfragen! Die Preise verstehen sich inklusive Steuern für das gesamte Haus bzw. Wohnung für eine Übernachtung einschließlich sämtlicher Gäste bis zur maximalen Belegung. Keine festen Mietzeiten, keine Mindestmietzeit, keine Saisonzuschläge!
