Seiler Residence
Seiler Residence is situated in a very quiet side street at the upper end of Waikoloa Village. The house is very well-kept and will suffice any of your needs. The garden, planted with a multitude of tropical plants and under regular care of a gardener, surrounds the whole house.
Unfortunately, this means that the house cannot be pictured in its entirety.
The estate has no immediate neighbors, it is thus the ideal location for a relaxing holiday. All in all, the house provides a living area in excess of 150 square meters, including three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living room can sleep another two guests, which brings the maximum number of guests to a total of eight. The house also has a domestic room, fitted with washing machine and tumble-drier. From the terrace with integrated whirlpool and from many places inside the house your view will extend far across the Pacific Ocean and up to the neighboring islands in the distance. Dishwasher, radio, TV set, telephone and fax machine are at your disposal, too.
The kitchen is fully fitted. Bedlinen and towels will be provided. Previous guests have enjoyed their stay on the estate without exception and were full of praise. We would like to point out the beautiful tropical sunsets. A barbecue is available.
All prices are inclusive of taxes. The price given is per entire house/flat/property (including all guests up to the maximum occupancy) for a stay of one night. No fixed rental periods, no minimum stay, no seasonal variation in rent. Additional costs: The final cleaning charge amounts to 100.00 euro. A refundable deposit equivalent to the charge of a three-night stay is (payable on arrival). If you use the telephone/fax provided in your accommodation, you will be liable to paying the call charges.
